Kenneth E. Darr, Jr.
Admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1983, Ken Darr is respected as a leading attorney in education, business and contract law. He currently serves as legal counsel for public school districts and is consulted by other school districts throughout the State of South Carolina to assist in various matters. With a Masters Degree in Business Administration, he also has developed a strong reputation for quality legal services for businesses and professional practices.
Ken is dedicated to his community as well as his work. He has served on numerous non-profit boards, civic clubs and churches in our community, including Spartanburg Humane Society, Children’s Advocacy Center, USC Upstate Foundation Board of Directors, East Spartanburg Rotary Club, and First Presbyterian Church. His strong sense of ethics and his reputation for integrity are reflected by these leadership and service positions within the community.
Ken is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Kenneth W. Nettles, Jr.
Neth Nettles is a graduate of Clemson University, where he met his wife, a Spartanburg native. They married while he was attending the University of South Carolina School of Law. After completing law school and a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kenneth G. Goode, they settled in Spartanburg where they raise their two children and enjoy time with family and friends.
Since 2003, Neth has provided legal services to individuals, businesses, and school districts in Spartanburg and beyond. He regularly advises and represents school districts on school and education law issues such as teacher dismissals and other employment matters, student matters, governance and policy development, procurement and contracts, charter schools, administrative proceedings and litigation. He also works closely with individuals on matters relating to estate planning, probate administration, business and corporate matters, and litigation. He is licensed to represent clients before all courts in the State of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Neth has also worked to serve and improve our community as a past president and board member of the Spartanburg Lions Club, a graduate of Leadership Spartanburg and member of the Leadership Spartanburg Alumni Association, and United Way volunteer.
